Courtney's love of training began when she certified her own dog as a therapy dog to join her work in child protection. That connection between dogs, people, and family life became Arcona Prep.
Today, she combines her background as a licensed social worker with years of hands-on puppy training to help families feel capable—not judged—through the new-puppy chapter.

The virtual consultation is designed around what is happening in your home. Courtney uses the hour to understand your puppy, routines, environment, and priorities, then creates a practical plan for you to follow.
What is included after the virtual session?+
You receive a session summary, a detailed outline of the agreed game plan, and an email check-in one week later for small adjustments.
How long is board & train?+
Board & train stays range from two to six weeks. The right length and training goals are discussed before the stay because every puppy and family is different.
